Tamari - tamari is often interchanged with soy sauce but there are a few differences. Tamari is a by-product of miso and is specifically a type of Japanese soy sauce. It also usually has little or no wheat but always check the label if there are gluten issues.
Nutritional yeast - this is a deactivated yeast which contains several vitamins and minerals and is also often fortified with vitamin B12. It is popular in vegan cooking as it has a somewhat "cheesy" flavour. I can confirm that it is absolutely yummy on popcorn.
