This is a soft drop cookie that contains no sugar.
- Cook: 10 mins
1Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Lightly spray cookie sheet with non stick spray.
2Put raisins into small bowl and cover with boiling water, set aside.
3In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix together well.
4In a large bowl combine the oil and Splenda and beat well. Beat in egg whites and vanilla. Mix in the applesauce and banana. Mix in the flour mixture.
5Drain the water from the raisins and pat with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
6Add the oats, walnuts and raisins to the batter and mix well.
7Drop rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes or until tops of cookies are slightly firm to the touch.
