No Cook Fudge 0 5 0

You can make this fudge with regular cocoa powder or with cacao powder which will give a richer, more intensely flavoured fudge. You don’t need a thermometer for this fudge.

½ cup coconut butter (see below)

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 small ripe bananas cut into 1” chunks

¼ cup cacao powder (or regular cocoa powder)

3 tbsp agave nectar

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon

pinch sea salt

1Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth, roughly 5 minutes.

2Using a spatula pour the mixture into a flat, sealable container.

3Place container in freezer. The fudge must be super cold in order to retain its shape so it’s best stored in the freezer – if you store it in the fridge it will have a more mousse like texture.

4Slice a piece when you are ready to eat it. This will keep in the freezer for 1 week.
